On this phase, firstly an official contract must be signed between Nagis to NGO/ Association. Afterwards, the necessary tools / equipment are designed for the system to be used. Following the definition of hardware their deliveries of project area are planned.

On this step, the beneficiary information should be collected by the NGO/Association. If there is existing data in place, they should be re-checked. Subsequently, beneficiaries’ accounts are created on Nagis System and plastic card / coupon/ voucher distributions to be permormed by NGO/Association.

Nagis System trainings are immediately after the official contract is signed. The necessary trainings are given by Nagis team separately to the card distribution teams, the vendor training teams, the office staff, the accounting/finance department and the project management etc. After the completion those trainings, a pilot programme is carried out.

The first vendor shopping is made after the first card activation process takes place. Nagis team dedicates itself to provide full support, both in this and previous phases.

First reporting is made immediately after creating a pilot vendor/ beneficiary account. Then Data Protection Impact Assessment is done and at the end, Digital Payment Arrangements are evaluated in the Project Country.
